To the maximum extent permitted by law, clickte.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We will notify active users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
